Our Commitment

At Print@LAB, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom printed products. Because all our products are made to order and personalised to your specifications, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalised Orders

All orders placed with Print@LAB are custom produced and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced. By approving your artwork and placing your order, you confirm that all details — including spelling, colours, dimensions, and design — are correct.

When We Will Reprint or Refund

We will offer a free reprint or full refund in the following circumstances:

The product received differs materially from the approved proof
The print quality is defective (e.g. significant colour deviation, misprints, or damage caused during production)
The wrong product or quantity was delivered

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence to info@printatlab.online or via WhatsApp on +27691934658.

Customer Errors

We are unable to offer reprints or refunds for errors in artwork submitted by the customer, including but not limited to:

Spelling or grammatical errors
Low resolution or poor quality artwork
Incorrect colours due to customer-supplied files
Incorrect sizes or dimensions approved by the customer

Artwork Approval

It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly check all proofs before approving. Once artwork is approved and production begins, no changes can be made.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement provided production has not yet commenced. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp on +27691934658. Orders already in production cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Lost Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a reprint or refund where applicable.
