Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Print@LAB, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before ordering.

Intellectual Property & Artwork

By submitting artwork, logos, or design files to Print@LAB, you confirm that:

You own or have the legal right to use all submitted artwork and content
Your artwork does not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
Print@LAB is indemnified against any claims arising from customer-supplied artwork

Print@LAB reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that is unlawful, offensive, or in violation of any third-party rights.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Print@LAB. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Full payment is required before production commences.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Print@LAB reserves the right to amend pricing without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is confirmed at checkout.

Artwork & Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for thoroughly checking all proofs before approval. Print@LAB will not be held liable for errors in approved artwork. Production commences only upon receipt of artwork approval and full payment.

Colour Accuracy

Print@LAB makes every effort to match colours accurately. However, due to the nature of the printing process, minor colour variations between screen display and final print are normal and do not constitute a defect. Customers requiring exact colour matching should request a physical proof prior to full production.

Limitation of Liability

Print@LAB's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
