Turnaround Times

All Print@LAB products are custom produced to order. Production turnaround times vary by product and are indicated on each product page. Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days from artwork approval, excluding delivery time.

Production only begins once:

Full payment has been received
Artwork has been approved by the customer

Delivery

We deliver nationwide across South Africa via reputable courier partners. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

Major centres (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 1–2 working days
Regional areas: 2–3 working days
Remote/outlying areas: 3–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Print@LAB is not liable for courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Free delivery thresholds may apply on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp on +27691934658 or email info@printatlab.online.
